Egg Hazelnut Cake - outer layer of chocolate hard shell sprayed with edible gold representing a golden egg. In the center was a coconut mousse, mango passion with chopped mangos, and guava. The cake is sweet and rich in flavor. <br /><br />2. Unicorn - the cake is unicorn shaped which is adorable for children and teens. The cake is sweet and rich in flavor. <br /><br />3. The Lady - the outer layer is a beautiful sky blue gelatin coating with shimmering gold pearl around the edge. The flavors are lychee mousse and strawberry confit. <br /><br />4. Marous Chocolate Cup - resembles noodle soup or Pho, except it was a fruit and chocolate soup cup. Miniature blackberries and strawberries on top. The flavor is sweet, fruity, and very rich.<br /><br />5. Sandwich - a cake shaped as sandwich with an outer layer of hard shell chocolate with chocolate sponge cake, pistachio sponge cake, raspberry filling, and nutella mousse. Wonderful flavors combined and sweet tasting. <br /><br />6.
